We founded Elevaide with a belief:
Working should be fulfilling, and every team has more potential than it's currently using.
But something keeps getting in the way. Companies invest enormous energy in hiring great people, yet the thing that determines whether a team thrives together gets almost no attention: how they actually relate to each other. The feedback that stays in someone's head. Trust that's assumed but never tested. Patterns that keep repeating and nobody names.
Jeroen, Jelle, and Ke came from completely different worlds but kept bumping into the same thing: smart teams going quiet, and everyone sensing something was off. We each tried to fix it alone in our own corners. It didn't work.
So we built Elevaide, a new infrastructure for leadership growth, to enable continuous, data-driven development embedded in every team's real rhythm.
